To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment so that we may spend the full appoinmtent time with you and your pet. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to either ask you to reschedule or if possible we will try to work you in between other appointments. We do not want to try to squeeze your pet's exam into a smaller period of time, nor do we feel it is fair to delay seeing the person scheduled after your scheduled appointment time.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. We also offer Care Credit which, if approved, allows you to spread payments out - often interest free.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
Prescription Drug Dispensing Policy
Federal law permits the dispensing or prescribing of prescription medications only when the veterinarian has examined or verified the condition of the patient. We appreciate your understanding.
